The Medicine Ball 2023

It's no joke! The Medicine Ball returns to the Omni Hotel Fort Worth on April 1, 2023. We promise another high-energy night with everyone's favorite live band: Le Freak, "The Greatest Disco Band in the World."

The evening opens with The Tower Digital and Tower Medic Cocktail Reception and a chance to buy your raffle tickets for the always popular raffle packages from our Medical Student Volunteers - look for the white coats. Watch our social media pages for an announcement of this year's Signature cocktail experience. Follow the cocktail reception with a gourmet dinner accompanied by fine wines.

Le Freak will close out the night, so you can be transported to the ’80s and dance the night away. It will be a festive time raising money to support our four community health projects: Vaccines Defend What Matter, Allied Health Scholarships, Project Access Tarrant County, and Hard Hats for Little Heads. Bring your friends and a generous spirit to help make this a successful event.

Sponsor medical students, residents and spouses to attend

We can’t say THANK YOU enough to these fine physicians in training from UNT HSC College of Medicine and now TCU's Burnett School of Medicine and their dates for being the best Volunteer staff for our Medicine Ball. We could not host Medicine Ball without them each year. We look forward to the day they are back with us as members of the TCMS and the Alliance. We have also invited Residents and their spouses/partners from our area Residency programs to join us as our guests to enjoy a night of fun and see what it means to be part of the Family of Medicine when you join the Alliance.

Help us to include as many of these Physicians in Training as possible by donating their ticket. Details below.

Medicine Ball 2022

In Tarrant County, many of our neighbors cannot afford or don’t know how to get the care they need. For more than 100 years, the medical families of the Tarrant County Medical Society Alliance Foundation have funded crucial community health programs in Tarrant County providing education and healthcare to those in need in our own community. With our sponsors’ support, we are able to improve the health and wellness of children and families through local community health programs, including:

• Vaccines Defend What Matters

• Allied Health Scholarships

• Project Access Tarrant County

• Hard Hats for Little Heads

Information on each of these vital projects can be found on our Community Health Project Options Sponsorship 2023 form and all of our Community Health Projects on the Serve Together page.
