Welcome from Alliance President Debbie Massingill

President’s Welcome Letter It is a great honor to have been asked to lead the Tarrant County Medical Society Alliance, and I am excited for the coming year! Serving on this board over the years I have grown to love my Alliance Family. Truly they are the friendliest, most dedicated, hardworking, intelligent group of people and are such a joy to work with. My goals are to build the membership of both the Alliance and the Medical Society as well as provide meaningful volunteer opportunities, enrichment opportunities, and some family fun for us all.

The Tarrant County Medical Alliance exists to support the families of physicians in Tarrant County through our advocacy, outreach, and community programs. Over the decades Tarrant County has been regarded as one of the premier Alliances in the state. This is a fact I do not take lightly and plan on doing my best, with your help, to continue our success. Previous leaders have done many great things, including our own Susan Todd who started “First Tuesdays” at the State Capital. A program that highlights the importance of working with our elected officials on the ever-increasing threat to our spouse’s medical practice.

No one person is ever responsible for the success of an organization. I am grateful to those that have come before me, helping to sustain and grow this organization and to those that have chosen to be by my side this year. Your support is everything!

If you are reading this, you are already part of the family, so please pass the joy we share to someone who MAY NOT be reading this. Help us to grow our numbers and become stronger. Let’s work together to make 2023-24 a fantastic year for the Alliance. I am excited to be your President and look forward to working with you all.

With warmest regards,

Debbie Massingill

President Tarrant County Medical Society Alliance

2023-2024
