Welcome to Tarrant County Medical Society Alliance. By accessing or using our membership website hosted on Wild Apricot (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

• By registering for a membership, accessing the Site, or using any services provided, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies or guidelines.
• If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Membership Eligibility

Membership is available to individuals who meet the criteria set by Tarrant County Medical Society Alliance. Membership is available to spouses/partners of physicians, physicians, widowed physician spouses, divorced physician spouses, medical students and their spouses/partners and Resident Physicians and their spouses/partners in Tarrant and surrounding counties. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or revoke membership at our sole discretion.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information when registering.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Use the Site in a respectful and lawful manner.
• Not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
• The directory and mailing lists of officers, chairmen and members shall be used only in connection with official TCMSA business. The TCMSA mailing lists may not be given or sold to other organizations or interests.
• Refrain from posting content that is offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or illegal.

4. Code of Conduct

Members are expected to behave respectfully toward other members. We do not tolerate:

• Harassment, abuse, or bullying of any kind.
• Spam, phishing, or unsolicited promotions.
• Disruption of events, forums, or discussions hosted on the Site.
• Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Forum Policy

• Our forums are provided to encourage constructive discussion, community support, and member engagement. By using our forums, you agree to:
• Post content that is respectful, relevant, and appropriate.
• Stay on topic within each forum or thread.
• Avoid inflammatory, offensive, or discriminatory language.
• Refrain from posting confidential or proprietary information.
• Not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove forum posts that violate these guidelines, and to suspend or remove access to the forums as necessary.

6. Use of Photos and Media

• By attending events or submitting content to the Site, including images or videos:
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your submitted photos and videos for promotional, educational, or archival purposes related to [Your Organization Name].
• You acknowledge that group photos taken at events may be used in newsletters, on the website, or in social media, unless you notify us in writing in advance that you do not wish to appear.
• Do not upload or share media that you do not have the legal right to use or that contains identifiable individuals without their consent.

7. Content Ownership and Use

• You retain ownership of any content you post, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Site.
• Do not post content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

8. Event Registration and Payments

Some features, such as event registrations or premium content, may require additional payment. All transactions are final.
