Membership Renewals

Alliance membership renews each fall for the following calendar year. Renewals open September 4, 2025 for the 2026 Membership year.
All members on Autorenewal will receive an email from TMAA on September 29, 2025 to remind them to make sure their credit card on file is still active. Autorenewal dues will draft on October 3.
All other members will receive an email on October 2 with a link to process your renewal. If you click through the link in the email, you will not need to login.
Members who do not renew from the email and those without an email on file, will receive a letter in the mail the week of October 17.
To renew your membership, please visit texmedalliance.org and login to your account for renewals.
Please renew your membership through TMAA and not on our Tarrant CMSA website. Your membership team will renew your local account.
This fall, Alliances can earn $500 for their local programming when 95% of our members complete their renewal in October 2025.

If you would like to sign up for Autorenewal, you will be able to when you renew on the TMAA website or call the Knowledge Center 800-880-7955 with your credit card information and they will set you up.

Our Alliance can earn additional funds to support our programming when we have a high percentage of members renew and use autorenew.

A - Active - $110.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Active members pay $110 Annual Membership dues to TCMSA and TMAA. Additional fees for TEXPAC dues can be added to your payment. Membership year is January 1 through December 31. Renewal period is October 1 through December 31. Grace period is extended from January 1 through March 31. Membership converts to lapsed if payment not received by March 31.

B - Widow - $45.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Widowed members pay $45 Annual Membership dues to TCMSA and TMAA. Additional fees for TEXPAC dues of $55 can be added to your payment. Membership year is January 1 through December 31. Renewal period is October 1 through December 31. Grace period is extended from January 1 through March 31. Membership converts to lapsed if payment not received by March 31.

Prospective Member Subscription period: Unlimited Eligible members who have not yet joined, but are exploring Alliance Membership. Prospective members may attend Alliance events and receive Alliance communications, but may not access members-only content until they join and pay any dues required.

R- Resident Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Resident members (physician or spouse) pay $0 Annual Membership dues to TCMSA and TMAA. Additional fee of $20 for TEXPAC dues can be added to your payment. Membership year is January 1 through December 31. Renewal period is October 1 through December 31. Grace period is extended from January 1 through March 31. Membership converts to lapsed if payment not received by March 31.

S- Student Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Student members (medical student or spouse) pay $0 Annual Membership dues to TCMSA and TMAA. Additional fee of $20 for TEXPAC dues can be added to your payment. Membership year is January 1 through December 31. Renewal period is October 1 through December 31. Grace period is extended from January 1 through March 31. Membership converts to lapsed if payment not received by March 31.

Y-Retired - $60.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Retired members pay $60 Annual Membership dues to TCMSA and TMAA. Membership year is January 1 through December 31. Renewal period is October 1 through December 31. Grace period is extended from January 1 through March 31. Membership converts to lapsed if payment not received by March 31.
